This competency involves ensuring that research environments and practices are inclusive, equitable, and supportive of diversity in all forms.

Participants will learn to recognize and challenge bias and exclusion, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. Through engaging content and practical exercises, learners will explore strategies to promote diverse voices and implement equitable practices within their organizations and communities. By the end of this learning path, participants will be empowered to foster environments of belonging and respect, contributing to a more inclusive and diverse society.
